The insulated hoppers feature 20mm insulation thickness to maintain material temperature while waiting at the machine throat. These hoppers come in standard sizes ranging from 2 to 200 liters, with the flexibility to produce custom material hoppers upon request. The insulated versions are equipped with a sight glass lid prepared for Labotek vacuum receivers and a standard flange for production mounting.
Storing Solutions
Labotek provides comprehensive storing solutions including silo systems, material containers, big bag stations, and more. Labotek’s silo systems are tailored to suit various applications, available in aluminium or stainless steel execution. These outdoor silos come in different dimensions and capacities, all monitored through standard control options. Indoor silos are modular, made from galvanised steel sheets, and can be extended to accommodate future capacity demands. They are supplied with Labotek’s standard catch box and cutout lid for vacuum receivers, with options for additional features like filter bags and stainless steel fill pipes.
Pressure Conveying and Material Handling
Labotek’s pressure conveying stations provide a flexible solution for discharging 25 kg or big bags into outdoor or indoor silos. Their big bag and octabin emptying stations are designed for various sizes, with adjustable features for ease of use. These stations ensure safe handling during bag opening and can be equipped with manual or pneumatically operated valves. Labotek also offers a range of material containers, made entirely from stainless steel, with flexible options including wheels for mobility and various standard supply features for efficient material handling.
