Fleming provide cost effective and space saving materials storage solutions for raw material supplied in 25kg bags, bulk bags, octabins, material bins and indoor and outdoor silos. Commonly used within central vacuum materials handling systems to create a raw materials storage area outside of the production room.

Material Hoppers

Designed for conveying of free-flowing granules or powder from a bag or bin to the intermediate hopper.

Material Bins

For plastic granulate or similar materials – rectangular OR round mobile containers for outdoor/ indoor storage.

Bulk Bag Unloading

Labotek bulk bag emptying stations are made as a flexible design to adapt to several sizes of big bags.

Octabin Unloading

Labotek octabine stands are designed for standard pallet size octabins, the discharge station is adjustable in height.

  • A privilege for Fleming to design and supply DynaCon modular conveyors as an integral part of Coca-Cola Amatil’s new manufacturing line for its SyLon Mercury closure, a three part closure made entirely of HDPE so are fully recyclable. Previously imported, a big congrats to CCA for reshoring this closure as well making it fully recyclable. DynaCon’s modular design, lights out reliability and our local support and service was key in securing this major project.
