Fleming Coronavirus (COVID- 19) Company Update
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, we would like to update our customers on our current position. Our philosophy is to focus on the health and well-being of our staff, our customers and our communities as a first priority. It is important that we take an informed approach that is sensible, balanced and respectful of our diverse community. We are doing this by ensuring our approach is always based on the expert medical advice of Australian Authorities.
Fleming remains fully operational
Our services will continue to be delivered at the highest standards of professionalism and care. We are taking a balanced approach which we hope will minimise disruption of services to our customers.
We have a robust cloud infrastructure in place with the recent implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud application that includes sales, marketing, service, operations and finance allowing our team to work productively from anywhere at any time and all our staff are equipped with laptops. While physical meetings may be restricted at some point, we will continue to engage clients via phone and online webinar forums.
You can be assured that our company are taking every precautionary action to protect the health and safety of our customers and our staff as well an ensuring business as usual.
Fleming customers can be confident that we will remain available to them at all times.
Parts and Overseas Products
Our suppliers have informed us they are still operational. If there are delays we will keep you informed, ensuring transparency at all times.
Service
All service repairs and support will be as normal and can be executed remotely via phone and video wherever possible. All in-house repairs will be as normal.
Travel
All of our interstate and overseas travel will be temporarily postponed. All meetings will be held remotely by the Zoom online webinar platform.
Production
In-house conveyor production will be as normal. We will keep you informed of any delays from our suppliers.
