Operation Overview
Materials are dispensed sequentially into a weigh bin and then released into a mixing chamber. Each batch is mixed with the previous one to maintain consistency. A level sensor ensures accurate batching and avoids overfilling. Control options include thumbwheel, keypad, or touchscreen, with password-protected settings and full alarm systems.
Easy Maintenance and Cleanout
Tool-free access to hoppers, weigh bin, and mixing chamber allows rapid color changes and cleaning. The compressed air gun speeds up cleanout for reduced downtime.
