It is ideal for applications with slow-moving bulk material columns, featuring a low installation height of just 165 mm and powerful Neodymium magnets with a magnetic force of 800 mT (8,000 gauss). This ensures efficient separation of ferromagnetic particles, significantly reducing downtime and repair work.

The EXTRACTOR-SE boasts a triangular matrix arrangement of three magnet rods, coupled with an EASY CLEAN design and stainless steel housing. These features facilitate easy handling and cleaning, maintaining high levels of operational efficiency. Its robust construction can withstand static loads up to 500 kg and shear loads up to 50 kg, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding industrial environments.
Versatile Integration and Unique Features
Designed with adaptability in mind, the EXTRACTOR-SE prevents the deposition of plastic granulate during colour or material changes, maintaining system cleanliness and efficiency. It integrates seamlessly into various systems with the use of adapting plates. Additionally, a replaceable transition ring allows for installation on different inlet sizes up to 120 mm in diameter without requiring modifications to the system’s design, enhancing its versatility and ease of integration.
